Sharing is the way to go at Cinnabon, since the chain that specializes in warm frosted cinnamon rolls doesn't offer much in the way of keto options. Your best bet is sharing one or two Cinnabon Stix, Cinnabon Classic BonBites, or Caramel Pecan BonBites. Sticking with just coffee is also a possibility.

Technically, the nutritional guide also lists seven different sandwiches (with some combination of bacon, cheese, egg, sausage, ham, and turkey) on cheese rolls that should also be a keto option without the cheese roll. Whether or not your local Cinnabon actually sells these sandwiches is a different story.
